My name is Paul Cutright and my wife and creative
partner, Layne, are relationship coaches and educators and also authors
of several books. We took our business online in 1997 and never looked
back! However, it grew to be more than we could manage by ourselves,
so we began looking for a Virtual Assistant to help us. Enter Tawnya
Sutherland who has worked for us for about five years. I honestly
don't know how we would run our business without her amazing skills.
We have other VAs also, but Tawnya has been responsible for helping
us grow our business and still have a life!

Having a great idea is only the first step of
a business start up. My research included finding sources for design,
fabric, thread, labeling, and machinery. I intended to become primarily
a web based business and to do that it was vital to have a really knowledgeable

A Virtual Assistant is like another employee that
has all the knowledge she/he needs to do their job, without your having
to guide them. They are trained in their field, have great interpersonal
skills, and can manage to finish whatever project you need, in a timely
manner. The best thing is that you can always use email to reach them,
they are there waiting, like an online buddy. I wouldn't trade my VA
for anything, she's the best.
